JOB DETAILS
A reliable and highly rated airline needs the services of a competent embassy vendor or visa attendants to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard flights. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, perform effectively in a team and build trust relationships with passengers.
The goal is to maximise revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMBASSY VENDOR/VISA ATTENDANTS
* Attend to clients’ inquiries
* Generate and reset password
* Assist in processing visa.
* Assist in the posting of orders and new registrations when there is shortage of manpower.
* Assist in training clients.
*Assist in Telephone Ordering or Online Ordering
*Any other duty that may be assigned
* Performs collateral duties as required
*Ensure that visa applications for the embassies/consulates are submitted on the day that we receive them,
*Subject to training on the use of our software and intelligence gathering.
Minimum Requirement:
HND or B.Sc., 2 years’ work experience in related field, good IT skills, ability to carry out clerical tasks effectively, ability to analyse information, good product knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, problem solving skills and possess international passport.
