Snap2Recharge “snap to recharge” is a simple to use, yet innovative mobile application that enables users to recharge their mobile credit by snapping a picture of the recharge code, rather than typing it. The app is developed particularly for Android mobile smart phone users to enable easy airtime recharge, balance check, airtime transfer, e-top, automatic Caller tunes purchase, automatic data bundle subscription, through bank account and also enable users to easily borrow airtime.
Snap2Recharge supports all GSM telecommunication networks, and it recharges mobile credit for pre-paid and post-paid subscribers alike.
The app version for iPhones, Windows, and Blackberry are also in development. It works offline and online. Users can share Snap2Recharge with Friends on Whatsapp, Bluetooth, Facebook, BBM and others.
During the pilot stage of Snap2Recharge, we gathered a group of people to use the application and in turn provide us with feedbacks. A stunning 95% of users gave similar answers – the appis easy to use. Other reactions include– Wow, this makes life much easier. It is faster than thetraditional method of having to manually type in the recharge card digits. The estimated timefor the Snap2Recharge app to recharge is 3 seconds. That is not all… with Snap2Recharge, wehave provided a “d-Direct” alternative where users can type in the recharge card digits without having to include the network dial code. Personally, before Snap2Recharge my experience had been that - I have called friends and family/ searched Google, and even research card dealers sometimes to get the dial code of a network. Snap2Recharge gives us all a solution to that problem.
